In Walt Disney's 101 Dalmatians, the puppies watch a black and white serial western TV show about Thunderbolt the Wonder Dog. That episode ends in a cliff hanger as Thunderbolt, in hot pursuit of Dirty Dawson, plunges into a river towards a treacherous waterfall. In this short episode that ties to the original, Thunderbolt escapes the fall down the waterfall with the help of the Sheriff, avoids an explosion triggered rock slide, and ultimately captures the horse thief, Dirty Dawson.

I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.
A terrific literary drama and character piece that shows how the process of creating art can be seen differently by those doing it and those looking at it from the outside.
It's funny, it's tense, it features two great performances from two actors and the director expertly creates a web of odd tension where you actually don't know what is happening for the majority of the run time.
It is a whirlwind of delight --- attractive actors, stunning couture, spectacular sets and outrageous parties. It's a feast for the eyes. But what really makes this dramedy work is the acting.
The Further Adventure of Thunderbolt (2015) *** (out of 4) If you've seen Disney's classic ONE HUNDRED AND ONE DALMATIANS then you will remember the TV episode of Thunderbolt where he falls off the waterfall and we're told to turn back next week. Well, 54 years later we have this two minute short that explains what happened after the fall. If you're a fan of the actual Disney movie then you'll certainly want to check this out as it's a rather clever attempt to continue what was seen in the movie. There's certainly nothing ground-breaking here and there's no doubt that this isn't a Disney classic but at the same time it's a cool little bonus feature.
