I love this movie so much

The acting in this movie is really good.

Arms trafficking is taking place in India. An arsenal enters Indian territory via the state of Rajasthan, which makes its way to interior of India with help of many middlemen. Bala Thakur, a gun handler in Chandrapur, provides the arms to Veeran, a forest dwelling brigand. Later, Veeran and his gang attack a wedding bus, mercilessly gunning down every person in it which includes women and children. The government appoints a Special Action Team in Mumbai to trace the roots behind the attack. The team learns about Bala Thakur, but thanks to his informants, Thakur flees before he can be apprehended.

Oh Dear......., dear me .........Sarfarosh has weathered quite badly since it came out in 99. It may have been cutting edge then, however it now plays like an episode of Aaron Spelling's Glitter magazine (Season 99).Aamir Khan plays boy next door Ajay Singh (nice fro bro). Since we're now in 2013, let's just call him Andy Singh.Yesterday Andy was a fighter pilot protecting Hindustan from the Empire. Today Andy is an edgy freedom fighter, traumatized from childhood, after stumbling upon a cache of Lethal Weapon videos. Tomorrow Andy is destined to be man addicted to ink who has forgotten how to exit the gymn.Supporting our hero, we have 2 very strong performance from Naseeruddin Shah (blind dude from Mohra) and Sonali Ben (unforgettable in Mumbai).Naseeruddin plays a gentle poet who sings ghazals sweet as the morning dew. Not any old sweet dew though, we're talking the kind of dew that drips off Bambi's nose on Xmas day. Men want to be his brother, and chicks want to be his mum. Let's just call him Johnny Cash.Sonali plays a rather pimped out Jenna Rink. Is Jenna's hotness greater than her charmlessness? One thing's for sure she really is going on 13. Throughout the film she's lumbered with lines such as 'Thank you please', and 'Just chill, chill chill, just chill'.Andy also has a sidekick called Salim, a stubborn sort of fellow who has an inferiority complex regarding the ground Andy walks on. This provides Salim with the opportunity to make a forgettable but film award winning speech about 'how he loves Eden Gardens more than his future Mrs'.As for the ending..... Well my mother predicted the ending correctly 10 minutes into the film. The first 9 minutes are taken up by a song and dance number.Pros - Priests packing tommy guns, Nice ghazals, cute goatsCons - Who was the podgy kid at the beginning?Overall - Timewarped popcorn

When i viewed this movie for the first time i thought OK lets watch another action movie with some common story.But since then i have watched this movie nearly 20 times and still i like it even more. The best thing about this movie is that it does not glorify the image of terrorists and cops.It shows how a common man can give his contribution to the society.Every thing from the direction to editing and acting and music,both songs and background is top class.It is the first movie directed by John Mathew Matthan but it looks like a very experienced direction.Performances by Aamir Khan,Naseeruddin Shah,Sonali Bendre and Mukesh Rishi are of top quality.The pace of the movie is very fast which makes it more adorable.The scene between Aamir Khan and Mukesh Rishi are the best part of the movie.A must watch for everyone irrespective of the age bars.

One of the best things about this movie is that it shows the hero taking the right path to revenge. He becomes an IPS Officer and concentrates on eradicating crime. This is in contrast with the regular Bollywood hero, who takes the shorter and easier path justified with tit-for-tat logic to kill a particular villain in the story. Thus, this movie rises above the parochial view of solving problems through one particular revenge. Otherwise also, of late Bollywood heroes are never shown as studious ones because it is only the poor students that most people like to relate to and studious people or anyone can laugh on them as well.
