Follows several of Cuba's top drag racers as they struggle to prepare their classic American cars for the first official car race since the Cuban Revolution. It tells a personal, character-driven story that tackles how Cuba's recent reforms have affected the lives of these racers and their vibrant community.

1976 FIA Formula One World Championship Season Review
Formula One 1976 Review - Hunt for the Title is the DVD review of the 1976 Formula 1 season. This was the year when Britain's James Hunt, in the McLaren, amazingly clinched the Formula One Drivers Championship during the final Grand Prix of the season in Japan. The reigning Champion, Niki Lauda in the Ferrari, started the 1976 season as the favourite for the Championship. His nearest rival, Emerson Fittipaldi, made the patriotic switch from McLaren to the Brazilian funded Copersucar team. This left a hole at McLaren... it was filled by the ambitious British hopeful with the playboy image, James Hunt, to set the scene for a dramatic season of racing.

1977 saw Niki Lauda start the season, scarred but fit. And determined to put his horrific accident in ’76 behind him. The first race of the season, in Argentina, provided a maiden victory for the Wolf team, which was followed by an extremely successful debut season, ending with Jody Scheckter taking second place in the championship.

Dev Kumar Verma comes from a middle-class family and must find employment to support his dad and mom. Dev, however, has set his mind upon becoming a music sensation like Elvis Presley. He loses his job because of this, and refuses to work until and unless he gets a job to his liking, much to the dismay of his parents and his brother, Shiv Kumar. Dev does get employment at Charlie's Disco, where he meets with Maya and falls in love with her. When Charlie's Disco's competitor, Rana, finds out about Dev, he wants to hire Dev, but Dev decides to continue to work with Charlie's Disco, as a result Dev and Charlie get a beating by Rana's men, and Dev is unable to sing. After recuperating, Dev is devastated to find out that Maya and Shiv Kumar are in love with each other. What impact will this have on Dev and his brother on one hand, and what of his career in music?

If you love cars then I promise you you are going to love Havana Motor Club.This film captures an interesting part of Cuban Culture I had no knowledge about. Havana Motor club's focus is on organizing the first legal car race in the country since the rebellion in 1958.It was beautiful watching this film, seeing what a beautiful country Cuba is, watching these car lovers put together these classic machines with the limited resources they have, and listening to those machines war. Amazing.My favorite part thought was watching the male egos of the drivers (and the driver's overbearing fathers in some cases) gloat over who's car was the best, but I must admit, they had some great cars to be proud of.Absolutely wonderful documentary and an incredible inside look on Cuba.
