This is the sequel to Apocalypse. In this movie Thorold Stone is still looking for his family. The Christians, whom the rest of the world has started to call The Haters, are being framed for many murders and terrorist acts. Thorold and his partner go to investigate the location of the detonator of one of these acts. They find a group of Christians holding a service. He arrests them and one of them hands him a disk from O.N.E. , One Nation Earth. He finds men in the building who aren't Christians. They chase them around and one of them is killed. Then he meets with Mr. Parker who works for Franco Malacousso. Parker shoots them both but Thorold doesn't die. He is then framed for the shooting of his partner and he goes to a computer programmer with the disk. Virtual Reality is used to bring the Day of Wonders to fruition. There is something odd about the cd that the woman gave Thorold because the programmer can't get access to it and they take it to the Christians headquarters...

If the ambition is to provide two hours of instantly forgettable, popcorn-munching escapism, it succeeds.
The best films of this genre always show a path and provide a takeaway for being a better person.
i only rented this because Carol Alt is in it (i really like her). but even her acting is dreadful. this is one of those "christian" propaganda films that is trying to be "spooky" but it just comes across as boring and stupid. and the whole virtual reality aspect of the plot and how it is used to stop Armageddon is just ridiculous and dated. the ONLY good part about watching this is seeing Tony Nappo with his shirt off. sadly, those scenes are limited. thanks to this film (my first "christian" horror film), i won't be seeing any other religious brainwashing movies aimed at the family market. my advice is to not waste your time on this dud!
This movie is horrible. Aside from the plot gaffes, of which there are many, the movie itself is very weak. For those of you who are not Christians, you are seriously going to be left out, since I am a deeply devout Christian, and this movie had me reeling! Many non-Christians believe that simply because it is a Christian movie, we all like it. Trust me, it's not true. I have reviewed thousands of movies. In fact, 5,698 to date (not here. I have a website.) The plotlines are sketchy, the acting is stiff and cardboard, and the incredible cheese that flows from this movie is just palpable. Peter & Paul LaLonde need to sit down and find out how a real movie is made. They need to quit watching Mighty Morphin Power Rangers for plot insight too. This has to stop. Christian movies are among the lowest rated movies in the world. Now, in the older days, we had Ben Hur & Ten Commandments, The Robe, etc. Extremely high quality huge epic productions. Ten Commandments alone had the largest cast & set at the time it was made. Now with Revelation, of course, pathetic CG effects make it sub-par.Trust me, if you are interested in studying Christianity and Christian movies, don't use this one. Or the next one, or the one before this one.
Contains spoilers, for those who _do_ careWell, I watched it, the whole thing, and I didn't like it one bit. You might have guessed that I don't believe in God, and if you do you might like it. But for me it was just plain boring, I was waiting all the while for something to happen, but nothing happened. It was all a bunch of praise and preach to me, and I don't watch praise and preach for fun.Furthermore, the humour used in this movie is the worst ever, there were _several_ humourously intended phrases, which have been known to mankind ever since the internet was invented, can you believe they actually said things like "I'm not a vegetarian because I love animals, I'm a vegetarian because I hate plants." that is sooooo old, and this wasn't the only one too. I can imagine some people liking the ending, in which a bunch of believers miraculously keep singing praise while they should be burning (and in my opinion they should be, regarding the performance they delivered). Also, the main character (an agnost), is heavily stereotyped as the seeing is believing kinda guy who needs proof of God. Well personally I've been in enough discussions about this to know that demanding proof of God is rather useless. Ah well, if you believe, you might like it, if not, you might not. I hated it and I rate it at 2/10.
Intriguing plot, interesting characters, good actors, good spiritual content, good special effects...great movie! I don't know if virtual reality will be used this way in the end times, but it's possible. Its sequel, Tribulation, only gets better, but this one is great as well!
