By the time that this film had reached it's conclusion, I had acquired an almost overpowering urge to scoop my eyes out with a dull, rusty spoon, and through the bloody sockets, gouge at my brain in an effort to excoriate the memory center. I didn't find the lead actress's performance to be as poor or torporous, as had some others. Rather, it was the story itself. It seemed like the director couldn't make his mind up which way to go with the delivery of the plot. The ending totally sucked. A deal is struck between Sara, the main character, and Raden, her imaginary friend... or is she a demon... or a ghost... or an angel... who knows? In any event, Raden tells Sara that if she shoots Seth, Sara's aide de camp throughout the movie, she can go free. If Sara doesn't shoot Seth, she had to go with Raden. Sara opts not to shoot Seth, and is shown walking off with Raden. Two seconds later, she is shown standing there with the muzzle of a pistol pressed against Seth's forehead, and then she shoots him... and goes off with Raden anyway. Then Raden tells Sara that no one can avoid their fate.If Sara was doomed to go off with Raden no matter what she did, what was the point of having to shoot Seth or not? The whole sequence diminishes and sort of noble sacrifice that Sara might have made in not shooting Seth. She was doomed either way, whether she shot him or not. This movie was not a complete waste of time; it was only about 98% of a complete waste of time. My brain still hurts from having watched it.

Years ago, Sara, a young girl witnessed her parents being murdered, now as an adult she suffers from various mental ailments (did I mention she has an imaginary friend?) This film lulls the viewer, not into a sense of tension, mind you, but rather a sense of sleepiness. Deathly boring, I found it hard to sit through as I could feel my eyelids growing heavier and heavier with each endless minute of mindless prattle and supposed 'mystery'. Is Sara going crazy? or is it the paranormal? A better question would be, Who cares? And the answer to that, no one. No one at all. Skip this film, save yourself some time better suited to do other more worthwhile tasks. My Grade: D-

I understood the whole movie, i'm gifted and into demonology and the occult research and as a child raised roman catholic (not anymore the cult religion didn't make any sense) so i know of what they are talking of, the course she seems to have been taking is Parasychology meaning paranormal research. This past September Mars was visible as the moon as predicted. Now the rest gave me curiosity into going further into the war between heaven and hell and what earth and the beings on it have to do to prepare themselves to survive or for the new change. Will the world end or will it just begin anew from a new point, who will be used as puppets and used to how you say " hold down the fort".

Wow, what a bad film. Not frightening in the least, and barely comprehensible. The plot doesn't hang together at all, and the acting is absolutely appalling. What's that line from a famous critic? "She runs the emotional gamut from A to B." Yup. That about sums it up. Not even good for camp value! I wasn't expecting Oscar material, but this? And gosh, her friend's a ghost? You'd have to have the IQ of particularly stupid mollusk not to see that one coming. This film (and I use that word loosely) is an insult to the movie-going public. If only someone involved with it knew how to string together narrative! This gets a 1 out of 10, simply because there's nothing lower. On the bright side--at least it's not a full two hours long.
