Good movie but grossly overrated
Absolutely the worst movie.
Through painfully honest and emotional moments, the movie becomes irresistibly relatable
All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.
a great music film this is the words which i can say about Justin Timberlake + the Tennessee Kids great work by Jonathan demme and great performance by Justin Timberlake is this movie a history is counted they show the people the history not just the concert i love how jonathan direct this and i love the edition i love how justin timberlake is humble and lovely funny i love this film love
This is truly a masterpiece. The music, the visuals, the spoken word. Everything is on par. There are so many feelings felt throughout Lemonade. I've never seen anything quite like it. Justin Timberlake has changed the entire music game forever. I highly recommend that EVERYONE watches this, it is a life changing experience. But what Demme adds to the equation is genuine human interest and a sense of cutting and framing that is unparalleled; seriously, if Scorsese had directed this it wouldn't have been as interesting as what Demme does.

Here's what sets apart a director like Jonathan Demme from the average journeyman or hired-gun, and certainly one must note that one could have made a concert/documentary movie about Justin Timberlake performing with the Tennessee Kids in Las Vegas in entertaining fashion and style simply by presenting the group as is. The energy is difficult not to capture from Timberlake who, however you feel about his songs, is a massively talented singer and who makes sure to give these people who likely paid several dozen arms and legs and other limbs to make it to see his live (final on this tour) performance with this great back- up band. But what Demme adds to the equation is genuine human interest and a sense of cutting and framing that is unparalleled; seriously, if Scorsese had directed this it wouldn't have been as interesting as what Demme does. The title of the film is significant. While there's no question that the one-time Mouseketeer and ex-NSYNC heartthrob is the commanding headliner, there's also something refreshingly inclusive about the degree to which he showcases and interacts with the 25 or so performers sharing his stage. This is not a show in which a preening star treats his backup vocalists and musicians as the help, or obliges his dancers to work up a sweat while he coasts. Throughout, Timberlake feeds off the other performers' energy as much as the audience's worship.
