Fresh and Exciting
This story has more twists and turns than a second-rate soap opera.
This is one of the few movies I've ever seen where the whole audience broke into spontaneous, loud applause a third of the way in.
The first must-see film of the year.
Like a plagiarism!!! this move is a copy of Prestige(2006) and has some similarities with The Dark Knight. shame on this!
In the year 1990, Iqbal Haroon Khan (Jackie Shroff) runs The Great Indian Circus in Chicago, which has fallen on bad times. Anderson's (Andrew Bicknell) bank — Western Bank of Chicago — which has lent money to Iqbal Khan, decides to close down the circus when Khan is unable to repay the loan. Young Sahir (Siddharth Nigam), the little son of Iqbal Khan, pleads with Anderson not to shut down his father's circus, as he and his father would soon be able to turn the corner. But Iqbal Khan's presentation before the bankers and Sahir's pleas don't help. Iqbal Khan commits suicide in front of the heartless Anderson, leaving Sahir devastated. Now in 2013, Sahir (Aamir Khan) has still not forgotten the high- handedness of the bank and swears revenge. He robs various branches of Western Bank of Chicago, leaving behind a message in Hindi and a clown mask. During the chase, he runs from top to the bottom of the Western Bank of Chicago building. As the Chicago Police Department comes to the scene, he runs into a van as they begin to surround the vehicle. Sahir jumps out in a BMW K1300R after a little explosion.
Movie stars were originally called stars for the bright, glittery aspects of the heavenly bodies in question, but there's another quality that true stars, especially those of Aamir Khan's caliber possess, which is gravitational pull. "Dhoom: 3" doesn't attempt to resist this force in any way, with only the bare minimum of pretense that the "Dhoom" movies are Abhishek Bachchan/Uday Chopra buddy comedies anymore, putting the focus squarely on the story of Sahir Khan (played as a child by Siddharth Nigam and as an adult by Aamir Khan), a circus performer seeking revenge against Anderson (Andrew Bricknell), the cruel banker who ruined his father's life's work for no good reason.
Spoiler alert!! The only thing that didn't happen was the bike didn't turn into spaceship!!Thank GOD!! Horrible action sequences. This is just copy of Nolan's actions gone bad! and where was the script ?!! Its just not there. The Worst part is when the Bank tries to get their loan amount back what did the protagonist do? Kill the Bloody Banker! I was left wondering what is going on ?! Riding bike on rope and moving faster than a helicopter adds to the absurd content in the film. When there is no where left to go what happens ? The bikes just hold hand in hands and fly!!! Not too sure whether its a action flick or comedy! Overall complete waste of time and money!Such an awful movie! Have watched a lot of horrible movies but never in my lifetime had thought I would curse myself for wasting 3 hours of my time for watching a movie. I would recommend to avoid this movie even if you get a chance to see it for free. Because wasting even an hour on this movie is like asking too much for it.This is not a film but an insult to Indian film industry.
