hyped garbage
The film creates a perfect balance between action and depth of basic needs, in the midst of an infertile atmosphere.
This is one of the best movies I’ve seen in a very long time. You have to go and see this on the big screen.
Watching it is like watching the spectacle of a class clown at their best: you laugh at their jokes, instigate their defiance, and "ooooh" when they get in trouble.
The Parrs' baby Jack-Jack is thought to be normal, not having any super-powers like his parents or siblings. But when an outsider is hired to watch him, Jack-Jack shows his true potential. This 5 minute showcases Jack-Jack's powers and his time with his babysitter that gets really weird as time passes on also we get a closer look at how Syndrome tricked her on kidnapping Jack-Jack and fans of the original film will definitely have a blast and i can't wait to see how Jack-Jack will be used in The Incredibles II in Theaters this Friday June 15th!!!
"Jack-Jack Attack" is a 5-minute animated short film and spin-off from Brad Bird's "The Incredibles". I have not seen that one yet, so I cannot talk about any more references. Anyway, Bird is also writer and director for this short film here before he moved on to "Ratatouille" and live action. Early on, we see a babysitter who is interrogated about last night when she had to babysit the Indredibles' youngest. As she tells the officer, we see what happened the night before. It seems she is in for a not too stressful evening and plans on playing some games with the kid to see how talented it is with sticks and stones. But things turn for the (sitter's) worse pretty quickly as the little rascals begins to flash through the house, starts to shoot laser from its eyes and even becomes a fire-baby at one point. In the last shot, the girl gets erased her memory about the incident, probably so that the baby's (or even the entire Incredibles's) super powers stay a secret. The characters and whole animation looks very Pixar. The officer could also have stepped out of the movie "Up" the way he looked. The girl was fun to watch as she stepped into insanity the longer the evening went, but the baby was not too interesting. This Pixar short did not get nominated for an Academy Award and I can see why. Most of their other works are better.
My father is a HUGE Pixar fan. Today I got bored and watched whatever the hell he was watching, which was a collection of Pixar short movies. Out of all of them (I do mean all of the shorts) this one is my favourite. The plot is good. Which is that Kari is babysitting Jack-Jack and in the process he discovers his powers of teleportation, levitation, sticking to ceilings, phasing through solid objects, combustion and laser eyes which happens in the process of Kari playing the kid Mozart. This is a very entertaining watch. If you don't like it then it's only 5 minutes long. So watch it if you want to see a combusting baby.
The short Walt-Disney Pixar film, Jack-Jack Attack, a scene withdrew from the original film, 'The Incredibles' (2004), was a excerpt aimed to amuse the audience. The infant Jack-Jack was a baby left alone with the babysitter Kari, an overly confident and self-assured teenage girl to which he somewhat experiments with his powers and performs uncontrollable supernatural stunts that Kari has to deal with to the extent where she is becoming more and more exhausted before she ignorantly hands over her duties to an untrustworthy 'superhero'. She then goes on to be questioned in the interrogation room and is stressed by the whole event. The excerpt from the The baby sitter thought Jack-Jack was a perfectly normal baby, but coming from a family of people possessing super powers, this was what he was going to be and become and it just so happened that the baby sitter was the one who figured it out. The baby, Jack-Jack, being an infant, most likely had no idea he possessed such powers and naturally, thought it was incredible amusing. This film, in my opinion could be a stand- alone film in its own because the characters and the plot were all clearly explained. Still as this is mentioned, it could be used as an extension to the film not, as intended, a deleted scene. The animation used in this short film, was very successful and provided an easily understandable story line.In summary, the Walt-Disney Pixar short film, Jack-Jack Attack is a fun- filled family movie with a broad audience appeal. The high quality animations and believable plot line, Jack-Jack Attack is a film designed for laughs from all ages. I give this remarkable short film Jack-Jack Attack, a ten out of ten.
