Boring
Best movie ever!
It’s an especially fun movie from a director and cast who are clearly having a good time allowing themselves to let loose.
I watched this movie after watching the first one with my little cousin I would say this movie is actually quite nice because this movie will explain what happen next Butttt the songs is very very bad and I know in the real story Pocahontas ends up with John Rolfe and bc of that this movie makes John Smith really weird not like the first movie that introduces John Smith as a very nice and selfless person
I've always been a fan of pocahontas; she was my inspiration, my idol. I've always longed to become like her and always felt fustrated and sad at the end, that John and her weren't reunited. However, upon hearing that there was a continuation, you can imagine my joy! . . . But little did I know that it would lead me to completly change my point of view on "pocahontas" in general. Now I have a hard time watching the movie without feeling any sort of resentment towards Pocahontas and John; Poca for not choosing John, and John for becoming such an a-hole. I'm not quite sure what they wanted to accomplish by breaking one of the sweetest couples of Disney, but they somehow managed to break many of our hearts and completely distort the original movie. If you truly love Pocahontas 1, then please do not watch the 2. You might become like me : each time I listen to a song with John and Poca, I can't help but feel angry, sad and spiteful. Just move along and never set your eyes upon this movie. Kinda like Jumanji, DON'T WATCH IT.
Very, very loosely based on the real-life Pocahontas' journey to England in 1616, this film isn't as bad as other reviews make it out to be. The animation seems to be on par with other Disney direct-to-video sequels. The songs aren't as good as in the original film, but they aren't terrible either. Granted, the story itself is rushed and takes massive liberties with history. But it isn't awful by any stretch of the imagination. In short, this isn't a bad movie. Its not a great one, but it isn't that bad. I've certainly seen much, much worse. The kids will probably enjoy it well enough if they liked the original.
The first Pocahontas was beautiful! A wonderful love story! It's my favorite Disney movie of all time! John Smith is hot! Pocahontas 2 not only made me angry but it was just stupid! Pocahontas fought all throughout that movie to be with John Smith and didn't even stay with him. Sucks! The Plot line to me was just dumb, there wasn't as much emotion as the first one! The bright colors and the beauty of nature was gone and John Rolfe can go somewhere with his stupid ugly clothing! John Smith and Pocahontas were meant to be even though it didn't happen in real life. They just created that stupid mess to get a little extra money! And by the looks of the reviews doesn't seem they got much! Worst sequel to a movie I have ever seen! Don't go see it! It's a waste of time!
