Michael Wood tells the extraordinary story of an ordinary woman in a time of revolution. It's a movie as timely as it is provocative and amazingly, for much of its running time, it is weirdly funny.
The thing I enjoyed most about the film is the fact that it doesn't shy away from being a super-sized-cliche;
