The atmosphere is dreamlike, the characters have no name, neither the streets. Teheran is the only character whose name is constantly evoked. A lawyer, as many others, works and lives alone in his apartment, which is both his office and his home. In a cold and rainy day, a man burst into his apartment, speaks to him shortly and confusingly and gives him a package that will completely change his life. It's hard to see any effort in the film. There's no comedy to speak of, no real drama and, worst of all.
Fun premise, good actors, bad writing. This film seemed to have potential at the beginning but it quickly devolves into a trite action film. Ultimately it's very boring.
The film makes a home in your brain and the only cure is to see it again.
The film creates a perfect balance between action and depth of basic needs, in the midst of an infertile atmosphere.
