Synopsis
Cast
A paradoxical personality, former police captain Magomed Shamilov is a hero, a sage and a devout Muslim. 16 years ago, he created an Independent trade union of Police and Prosecutor's Office workers in Dagestan to fight cronyism, terrorism, corruption in the "hottest" region of Russia, and he is surprised that he is still alive. Don Quixote is immortal.
