I have to say that this movie is good. I think that the story line and the character context is very good in this movie and it shows how characters develop their personality as the movie goes on.In the beginning of the movie, the character Pil-je (Chang Jung Lim)was a douche-bag. I hated this character because he was like 'mr know it all'. So i really hated this character. As the movie goes on, I started to like this character a lot. The reason being is because staying in the slum, he grew a friendship with them and turns out that he's not a bad person. Making friends with the people in the slum shows what a kind person he really is. I also found this character really funny, he made me laugh out loud. (Literally)The kids were superb actors. They really showed emotions on the screen. They even showed respect to Pil-je who was bossing them around and giving orders but they called him 'superman'.Now I'm going to be honest. I didn't care about the whole boxing thing. About Myung-ran (Ji-won Ha) becoming the Asian champion, it really didn't matter to me. I was just concentrating and fascinated about what happened in the slums. So overall this movie is worth watching. Recommended. 8/10

I would give 10 out of 10 for the first 3/4th of the movie as the director Je-gyun Yun appeared to be so much inspired, but he seemed to have rushed in the climax as if to finish the movie on time... Chang Jung Lim & Ji-won Ha were excellent in there respective characters and especially ha Ji-won appeared to have worked out too much for the movie...She is usually worn out in most of the scenes...All the kids were awesome in performance.korean movies gave a fresh breath into the pathetic souls of the audience exhausted by the routine and meaningless Hollywood flicksFor what ever it is the movie is totally worth watching..if you haven't watched it yet then grab your DVD right now...
