Policewoman Carmen returned to Hong Kong from England for training. Her superiors sent her to get close to Niu Lanchang, who had recently taken over Ma Liang's criminal group. The boss first introduced the members of the criminal group, which must include the mean leader Ma Liang, and Niu Lanchang, who recently joined the group. He also has a subordinate He Dong has a fiery personality and is ruthless. She was assigned as a dancing girl by his boss and got close to Niu Lanchang at an easy opportunity. Gradually, Niu Lanchang also accepted her. There were scenes of hand-to-hand fighting in the process, but she was willing to sacrifice her own life and fight with Niu Lanchang in order to solve the criminal group. After Niu Lanchang's many failed crimes, he began to doubt her.

It's complicated... I really like the directing, acting and writing but, there are issues with the way it's shot that I just can't deny. As much as I love the storytelling and the fantastic performance but, there are also certain scenes that didn't need to exist.
This is a must-see and one of the best documentaries - and films - of this year.

what a terribly boring film. I'm sorry but this is absolutely not deserving of best picture and will be forgotten quickly. Entertaining and engaging cinema? No. Nothing performances with flat faces and mistaking silence for subtlety.
