Synopsis
Cast
A Siberian hermit, whose life was destroyed by the millstones of the Great October Revolution, spends 17 years in self-imposed exile. Having learned about the attack of Nazi Germany on the USSR, the former Cossack officer, without hesitation, rushes to the front to protect his native land.

I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.
