The film is an in-depth look at the origins of violence in America, from its roots in Native American genocide and African American slavery to the modern day epidemic of mass shootings that has increased in severity over the last 20 years. The film also looks at what it takes to solve this problem and begin to make change.

Load of rubbish!!
Easily the biggest piece of Right wing non sense propaganda I ever saw.
Great example of an old-fashioned, pure-at-heart escapist event movie that doesn't pretend to be anything that it's not and has boat loads of fun being its own ludicrous self.
There are moments that feel comical, some horrific, and some downright inspiring but the tonal shifts hardly matter as the end results come to a film that's perfect for this time.
