Synopsis
Cast
Five 20-year-olds live a naive way of life that often just revolves around alcohol and having as much fun as possible. But their carefree existence is disrupted when one of them becomes seriously ill. The others learn of his illness at different times, which leads to misunderstandings, conflicts, and eventually the sick friend’s alienation from the group. The story tells of the superficial nature of their relationships, helplessness, and disenchantment with the youth perspective.

Due to the fact August is not getting the same amount of attention and affection that he is used to from Wren, he goes behind Wren's back to manipulate Julia. August's internalized turmoil triggers an out-of-body experience that then drives him to make intimidating, coerced advances toward the people he loves.

Adam fights alongside the heroic Captain Wonder against the notoriously evil Dr. Itis. As Adam’s illness progresses both reality and fantasy collide, and he must find the inner strength to overcome both his illness and the evil Dr. Itis before it’s too late.
