December. 07,2016Mark Lauren, a former elite US Special Operations trainer, has developed 9 new full body workouts that can be made without the need of any equipment, whether at home, in the hotel room or in nature. These workouts are short but highly intense. At the same time, they train strength, endurance and agility and stimulate the burning of fat, which persists very long after the end of training. There are three different difficulty levels (novice, intermediate and advanced) and 3 different training plans, which I describe in the next chapter. So the workout plan is: 3 workouts per week, each workout contains 4 body weight exercises.

A terrific literary drama and character piece that shows how the process of creating art can be seen differently by those doing it and those looking at it from the outside.
The biggest problem with this movie is it’s a little better than you think it might be, which somehow makes it worse. As in, it takes itself a bit too seriously, which makes most of the movie feel kind of dull.
