The movie's subject is Billy, who learns to confront his own shame and desire during one long, hot day at an all-male nudist camp. A Masterpiece!
A film with more than the usual spoiler issues. Talking about it in any detail feels akin to handing you a gift-wrapped present and saying, "I hope you like it -- It's a thriller about a diabolical secret experiment."
This is one of the few movies I've ever seen where the whole audience broke into spontaneous, loud applause a third of the way in.
An old-fashioned movie made with new-fashioned finesse.
