Best movie of this year hands down!

I like movies that are aware of what they are selling... without [any] greater aspirations than to make people laugh and that's it.

While it doesn't offer any answers, it both thrills and makes you think.

"The Anatomy of Love" is a realistic story about love, desire and friendship. In this day and age the lines between true love, lust and friendship are so blurred. "The Anatomy of Love" does a great job touching upon all of these issues and makes you care about Jenesis and Cassious' friendship/ relationship. It beckons you to ask yourself several questions, what love is for you and what kind of person you desire to fall in love with or continue loving for the rest of your life? Does a best friend make a great love interest or is it a trap for the hopeless romantic Cassious. Are the consequences of falling in love with your best friend, Jenesis, worth it or is Cassious just a glutton for punishment? Also, at what point should you listen or stop listening to your boys regarding your love life. Finally, how big a part does one's image of love from their childhood effect's one's view of love later on in life? A great date movie, that addresses all of these issues.

A very good story line that holds your interest throughout the movie. Cassious being an compassionate person who tries hard to let Jenesis know how he feels about her. Jenesis has no immediate intention on allowing their relationship get past "Friends only with possible benefits". Cassious eventually has to put away his feelings for her and pursue other avenues for love. The actors performances allows their characters to be quite believable...... A movie to watch with the girls or that significant other. The blending of the comedy and drama was so well done with this movie it has a melodic flow to it. You will find yourself laughing and the next minute tearing up. This is definitely a movie to add to ones collection. A round of applause to the cast and crew for doing such an impeccable job with this movie.

I usually don't go for the Romantic / ooh I love you type movies. But I must say, this movie by far exceeded all my expectations. Not only did I watch the movie multiple times, I purchased it to add to my collection. And my friends will tell you, if I buy it I must really like it. there were not the regular slow spots that are in most movies today. It was well thought out and put together VERY well. I would recommend this movie to just about anyone and everyone. If you like to laugh and get real value from your movies, then seriously consider this one. This is one of those movies that if you do not pay attention to it, you will miss out on a great one. Make sure you check this out, you will NOT be sorry.

I hate when I watch a romantic comedy and I'm super bored and disappointed because the movie is not funny or corny. Most romantic comedies do not work because they tend to very generic and formulaic. The Anatomy of Love is not one of those disappointments. The Anatomy of Love is a great romantic comedy because it is a simple story that appeals to both men and women. It's upbeat, it has plenty of laughs,and gives you a warm fuzzy feeling at the movie's conclusion. It has superior video quality, the production quality is stellar, and the actors are very convincing. The Anatomy of Love is a great independent film. Buy It!
