Sim-dan gets bullied everyday in his school, becomes a vampire after an unexpected accident. After accepting this change, he saves a blind person who fell down on a subway track, thanks to his power. Very good movie overall, highly recommended. Most of the negative reviews don't have any merit and are all pollitically based. Give this movie a chance at least, and it might give you a different perspective.
