Just perfect...
When a movie has you begging for it to end not even half way through it's pure crap. We've all seen this movie and this characters millions of times, nothing new in it. Don't waste your time.
If you like to be scared, if you like to laugh, and if you like to learn a thing or two at the movies, this absolutely cannot be missed.
The thing I enjoyed most about the film is the fact that it doesn't shy away from being a super-sized-cliche;
... but it's entertaining. Roy Blount's sense of humor is sardonic and generally very dry -- unlike his subject, ba-DUM-bum! Some of the photography is absolutely gorgeous... until the Mighty Mississippi starts getting industrialized and heavily polluted, long about St. Louis. For those of us who live near-enough-to-be-interested, yet far-enough-not-to-see-it-regularly, it's a must-see documentary. Recommended!
