Necessary to be viewed by both those who want to loose weight and those who claim to be fit. Informative and immediate actions to produce results in a way of "being" with the relationship of food and exercise. Presented with a twist to the way most people approach a healthy diet and weight loss that will be an enjoyable eye opener for all who view this documentary. Listed in ten, easy to apply, methods that can be applied to your daily life. Some methods seem obvious, like move rather than sit. Walk the stairs, jog in place, and choose healthy foods. Probably the biggest problem is not paying attention to the amount of calories one eats in a day. Eat your protein for breakfast and you will eat less at lunch. Enjoy your eggs with a side of beans!
