Fantastic!
This movie was so-so. It had it's moments, but wasn't the greatest.
There is, somehow, an interesting story here, as well as some good acting. There are also some good scenes
There are moments in this movie where the great movie it could've been peek out... They're fleeting, here, but they're worth savoring, and they happen often enough to make it worth your while.
I accidentally came across this film. It was a Channel 4 doc, and in the first minute I felt like I was accidentally going to watch a sappy yet terrible cheap tears doc feasting on the tragedy of others. But I think it was the opposite. What a beautiful documentary. This has a second layer to just telling the horrible things that happened to these victims of a disaster no one is to blame for. "What happens to a person who's lives through an unspeakable disaster." should be the under title of this film. Car crashes and boob slips are "Caught on Camera". This is a doc that Janice Sutherland should get credit for. Well done. However, there were a few gaps. There are multiple characters in this film that don't get the chance to tell what happened to them. That's really too bad.
