In the Podhale region in Poland, the Halny wind blows several times a year in spring and in autumn, in cycles. It is unpredictable, so you never know if—and when—it will metamorphose into a destructive storm, transforming the picturesque mountain chains into a décor dominated by the savage performance of nature.

I wanted to like it more than I actually did... But much of the humor totally escaped me and I walked out only mildly impressed.
A lot of perfectly good film show their cards early, establish a unique premise and let the audience explore a topic at a leisurely pace, without much in terms of surprise. this film is not one of those films.
