Wonderful character development!
Too much of everything
It's no definitive masterpiece but it's damn close.
The thing I enjoyed most about the film is the fact that it doesn't shy away from being a super-sized-cliche;
In this intimate behind the scenes documentary about cinema master Haneke, we are treated to an insight into his working methods, what appeals and inspires him.It is remarkable how every actor interviewed for this feature expressed noting but deep respect and admiration for Michael H much as they admitted that it was only he that had a lot of fun on the set.My favourite moment was when he said of an approach to make a Hollywood movie to which his response were "I was offended, the script was so grotesque".Insightful, charming with lots of wit, this is a must see for all those interested in great contemporary cinema.
