Good movie but grossly overrated
It's fun, it's light, [but] it has a hard time when its tries to get heavy.
The plot isn't so bad, but the pace of storytelling is too slow which makes people bored. Certain moments are so obvious and unnecessary for the main plot. I would've fast-forwarded those moments if it was an online streaming. The ending looks like implying a sequel, not sure if this movie will get one
Each character in this movie — down to the smallest one — is an individual rather than a type, prone to spontaneous changes of mood and sometimes amusing outbursts of pettiness or ill humor.
Johnny Gaddar of Bollywood was so thrilling, it showcased many of the seven sins of life. Unnam, on the other hand, finds itself in a situation where it is on the verge of becoming a blunder.Performances are good, but the setup, editing, cinematography & direction is what makes it a terrible cinema. Not much to say about it, but some newbies have managed to do well. 4.5/10.Story is fine, but the screenplay is very fast, which actually works for the movie. The act between Srinivasan & Asif Ali is one to be looked for.BOTTOM LINE: An average watch for people who haven't watched any of the adaptations. Recommended!
