so its about dance? yeah it lost me...she works really hard at dancing and then dumps the guy that loves her for some reason: I did not see why she would, unless its this whole new men are crap an should just die theme in movies."BOBBI JENE delves into what it takes for a woman to gain her own independence in the extremely competitive world of dance and to find self-fulfillment in the process: IMDb:so she works really hard, but so what. she gets all kind of praise for dancing....so what.If she were a guy who had worked really hard on a job and then dumped his girl who put up with the whole, need to show the world a new way to make money, you would hate him, but here a white woman can basically do anything?Because it is dance? she picked her Thing "dance", and the world she lives in ain't mine or 99.99% of the rest of the world. so she had a good job, and had a good guy, and true to form for modern woman: she must have more. Dumped both to do X.....Awhhhhuuuggghhh? So it is well acted, but if you are a regular joe or joan, there will be no real link to this woman's life choice or plot.
