I like movies that are aware of what they are selling... without [any] greater aspirations than to make people laugh and that's it.

This is an oldie, but goodie Tamil film starring Dhanush, Nayanthara, Raghuvaran and Sukumari and others. The film was directed by Mithran Jawahar with music by Yuvan. The film is a light hearted, sensible romantic comedy and will stay in your mind, long have the credits have faded from the screen. If you are a fan of Dhanush and love Tamil movies, this is the film for you!

This Dhanush-Nayanthara starer is the one of the best comedy-romance genre movies in Tamil. This movie is directed by Mithran R.Jawahar, who deserves credit for handling Selva's script in a decent way.Yuvan has made great contribution with romantic songs and background score for comedy tracks.Plot:Vasu(Dhanush) is loser in all of his life, until he falls love with Keerthi(Nayan),who is already engaged..Vasu becomes lonely after the death of his father...Vasu's friend Seenu takes him to village where Seenu-Keerthi wedding has been fixed.. rest of the story is narrated with lots of fun ....Dhanush has perfectly played a boy-next-door character showcasing reality acting and hilarious comedy, with good support from Karunas...Raghuvaran plays the role of Dhanush's father with his own style of acting and dialogue delivery, all of the father-son scenes were good mix of comedy and emotions.Nayanthara has perfectly suited for the software trainer role, has got something to act in this movie after a series of commercial movies..The story travels to 3 different places Chennai ,australia and a village...in all these locations the cinematography is good...The level of humour reaches its peak in the second half ,after the introduction of Pooja(Saranya Mohan) heroine's younger sister. Pooja is attracted by the new guest(Dhanush) to their family, tickles us with her one-side love.Rating:9/10
