Very best movie i ever watch
That was an excellent one.
Not sure how, but this is easily one of the best movies all summer. Multiple levels of funny, never takes itself seriously, super colorful, and creative.
It is encouraging that the film ends so strongly.Otherwise, it wouldn't have been a particularly memorable film
Seen at the Viennale 2016: Two souls (a young train attendant girl and a middle aged film producer) get connected for several days. Basically a good story: a young woman, who is quite satisfied with her life meets (out of accident) a sober, life-of-meaning searching man, who believes that he must bring the girl on the right way. They spend several days on a silly search for her mother and that's it. Nicely shown, how two different souls can match for a short time and learn from each other. I guess, one of the messages of this movie might be: try to connect to people - it's always worth it. There are some really funny scenes, and the acting of Kôji Ohkura and of Yuko Oshima is excellent. Recommended for a nice evening at the cinema with your friend(s).
