A prisoner is locked away in a lonely prison cell as part of a state-of-the-art program for prisoners all over the nation, operated by the notorious Doctor Money because of a recent deadly virus spreading throughout the world. While locked away, the prisoner uses an audio messaging system to communicate with others outside the prison. Those who communicate with him are people such as a long time friend Salvadore, a pastry shop owner Charlotte, a personal “Happy Buddy” with no name, and Doctor Money himself. The prisoner must attempt to keep his own sanity while trying to survive the harsh world of “Presentable Liberty”.

Good concept, poorly executed.
Don't listen to the negative reviews
It's the kind of movie you'll want to see a second time with someone who hasn't seen it yet, to remember what it was like to watch it for the first time.
There are moments in this movie where the great movie it could've been peek out... They're fleeting, here, but they're worth savoring, and they happen often enough to make it worth your while.
