Sarah Tyler returns to her troubled family home in the isolated countryside, for a much put-off visit. As a storm rages outside, Sarah, her family and friends shore up for the night, cut off from the outside world. But something comes out of the driving rain and darkness. Something that holds a dark secret so devastating that, in one night, it could wipe out the entire family.

Good story, Not enough for a whole film
It's funny watching the elements come together in this complicated scam. On one hand, the set-up isn't quite as complex as it seems, but there's an easy sense of fun in every exchange.
Entertaining from beginning to end, it maintains the spirit of the franchise while establishing it's own seal with a fun cast
It really made me laugh, but for some moments I was tearing up because I could relate so much.
13HRS is a low budget British werewolf film dressed up as an obscure teen horror. It's also one of the worst-written films I've watched in a while, with a storyline consisting entirely of a group of annoying teen characters trapped in a clichéd creepy old house with a werewolf on the loose, running around and killing them one by one. There are twists of sorts here in a bid to enliven the narrative but the combination of lacklustre writing and poor direction help to sink it from the start. It's also an irritatingly noisy film in which the werewolf attack scenes are a jumble of loud effects and disjointed editing. The director also has STRIPPERS VS. WEREWOLVES on his resume so you can see where he's going with that. The characterisation is nil, the dialogue is lowbrow and the actors unlikeable. The main draws are Gemma Atkinson (in a low cut top, naturally) and Tom Felton, who's barely in it. Sadly, this was the last feature for the late, great Simon MacCorkindale, who has a blink-and-you'll-miss-it cameo right at the outset.
The main reason I watched this movie is because Tom Felton is in it. I thought he was going to be one of the main characters like it was advertised. I was very disappointed when he "died" like 20 minutes into the movie. He was one of the first to "die". I have die in parentheses because at the last moment of the movie it shows him blinking. So I would assume maybe he was turned into a werewolf. I gave this movie a five because of the gore and there were some scary moments. However you don't see the wolf until the very end. The wolf is basically hairless which is weird, and like I said Tom Felton only had like 5 minutes of screen time :( but he still looks extremely cute in this movie. The character he plays is rather funny and I think he played him well.
Oh no, not again a werewolf ...The only positive thing about this movie is that the werewolf appears really soon in the beginning. Daughter dear returns from the U.S. She meets (with a British coolness) her father. Joins a drinking party with her annoying stepbrothers. And after going to the mansion, the spectacle can start and of we go for a hellish slasher story. Now about the negative points. Well there are too many to mention. There is totally no introduction or any history about the family. The rendition of a number of brothers and the bitchy girlfriend is completely irritating. No explanation where the creature suddenly comes from. Very poor and unconvincing performances. Their actions are completely ridiculous given the situation they are in. Apparently these British youngsters enjoy themselves a lot and think it's tremendously exciting as their family is massacred. It's so exciting that despite the threat of being teared into pieces by the phenomenon that wanders around the house, the son has the irresistible urge to try to get his busty girlfriend excited. Terribly bad special effects and sickening stroboscopic effects. This movie is a mockery of the werewolf genre if you compare it with "An American Werewolf" and its magnificent transformation scene. The grimage at the end is distressing and the ending is terribly bad.Someone described it masterfully like this : No tension, no pace, no catch phrases, no humour, no wit and unfortunately no "horror". I rest my case ! Conclusion : a boring and annoying film, with the sole purpose to show a chain of slasher-movie effects, which were also terribly visualized.More reviews at http://opinion-as-a-moviefreak.blogspot.be/
Among the classic monsters from fantastic cinema, my favorite ones are undoubtedly the werewolves. It might be due to my affinity with canids; or maybe because of the interesting moral conflict lying in the center of the character, who can be a moral and decent person for most of the time, until the curse becomes him a violent beast impulsed by its animal instincts. And even though I'm interested in watching every movie from this sub-genre, it has been a little scarce since the vampires and zombies became fashionable. So, I was quite interested in watching Night Wolf; it didn't only promise lupine action, but also, its British manufacture suggested the potential of being another European film of a superior quality to its Hollywood counterparts. Unfortunately, the film ended up being pathetic. My mistake might have been to expect an intelligent werewolves film such as Dog Soldiers and Ginger Snaps; needless to say that Night Wolf had much more modest ambitions. The characters are completely stupid and antipathetic. The cinematography is too confusing; some of the scenes are so dark that it's difficult to notice what's going on. As for the actors, they did whatever they could with their poorly written characters. In conclusion, Night Wolf is a deplorable horror film, and a waste of time. This film disappointed me pretty much, specially considering the many excellent British horror films we have been seeing in the last 10 years (such as Evil Aliens, Wake Wood and the previously mentioned Dog Soldiers).
