One of my all time favorites.

I like movies that are aware of what they are selling... without [any] greater aspirations than to make people laugh and that's it.

The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.

Like the great film, it's made with a great deal of visible affection both in front of and behind the camera.

As a gay man it's disappointing that so many gay men actually like this dreck. Or that it found its way to Tribeca.Every conceivable bad thought anyone ever had about gay men is ruthlessly portrayed here. Oh yes, there's a laugh or two. But mostly it's just awful gross out material that won't give you a break to breath. It's all here. Scat. Vomit discharged onto a guys crack. Sex, sex and more sex. Plenty of frontal. (It's not Dante's Cove which is worse.) There's even a Seth Rogen nude look alike for the chubby chaser crowd. Not to mention a gerbil...and on and on and on and on.You seriously may want to consider having a few drinks before you subject yourself to this disaster. And no, there really is no story line at all. Nothing worth mentioning anyway. If you have an IQ in the range of 3-5 you'll probably like this. If I were any of these actors including Michael Carbonaro, I would try to erase this from my resume and my memory.

It had to happen at some stage, did it not? The whole American Pie larger than life lad flick feel given a coat of pink paint and a liberal dusting of glitter! Another Gay Movie is that movie. An entertaining light-hearted romp through stereotypical eyes at the lives of four teenage friends who agree to lose company with their virginity before summer's last stand. It is without a doubt one of the most outrageous gay parody films ever seen. The jokes come thick and fast and there are some that come pretty close to crossing from boundary from scandalous to bad taste. It is a silly and irreverent look at gay sexuality and lifestyles with all the exaggerations expected of a parody of this time of film. The whole plot line for example should give you all you need to know about the movie before you sit down and watch it, four gay guys desperate to lose the big V plates in a few short weeks and that is basically it. Perhaps like most spoofs the joke aspect grows thin a quarter of an hour in and the jokes just become banal and stereotypical.It get's a mention in The Top 50 Most Influential Gay Movies Of All Time book, but what position did it reach? When I first heard about this movie, I thought it was going to be a total mess...but guess what? It's really great! Unlike many gay movies, this one has a story. You can see how the characters change from the beginning to the end. They managed to create funny situations related to gay interest, but, including 4 love stories that will catch your attention during the whole movie. The result is a funny movie, with and interesting story! Of course not everything in life is roses. There was an aspect that I didn't quite like; The environment! The movie was made as if being gay was the nicest and most accepted thing in the world.Friendly Advice: If you liked this one, then you'll love Eating out 1 and 2.

OK this is kinda odd... I wasn't aware that there were such movies (I mean gay movies). In the beginning I thought that the actors were just playing their roles...but after a while it seemed way too natural for them to just play a role..they must be actual homosexuals. I'm straight by the way. This movie was a suggestion that my girlfriend made so I accepted because I try to be open minded and accept the "different" sexual taste. The bottom line is that I almost got sick by the end of the movie, not because it was a bad movie as far as the scenario or the acting is concerned, but it showed men kissing and making out etc...I just can't stand watching this.. Maybe I'm narrow-minded after all, maybe I just can't accept that a guy can kiss and make out with another guy (I don't have a problem with lesbians though...so...i dunno) it isn't in my nature I guess. Anyway as far as the plot and production are concerned the movie was not bad at all nor it was boring. There was a lack of originality in some scenes though because they were alike with other known movies such as "Not another teen movie" (I'm talking about the "we will get laid till the end of summer" part). That's what I have to say about the movie, I talked as straight-forward I as I could and I hope I didn't insult anyone with my opinion.
