Manborg threw me for a loop. I had no idea what I was in store for. But the awesome cover art made me buy it right away. For a low budget film, it's pretty funny and well put together. Those guys at Astron 6 really know what they're doing. My only problem with it was at times it felt forced. Had they played the entire film straight I may have enjoyed it more. It also lagged a bit in the middle. The stop motion and synth score were is excellent, and that was my favorite part about this movie. The green screen fx look pretty bad, but it kinda adds to the charm. As someone who grew up with id CHS movies as a kid, I could tell were their influences came from.A fun film to each with some buddies at a party for sure (Double feature with Miami Connection?). Overall a good watch for sure.

this is epic, its everything in the VHS /early 90s era of film and displayed brilliantly, this film is inspirational!. the characters are constructed very well, the Asian character(number one man) dubbed and dressed like lui kang!, the cocky character straight out of the lost boys and the beautiful Minna.. a bad ass.! the dialog is phenomenal and is guaranteed to make you laugh over and over, the baron steels the show! the visuals are brilliant ranging from well executed green screen and some sort of stop motion.. think of ed 209 from robocop, this is how most of the unearthly characters move and to great effect..manborg himself is epic, his scene with doctor Scorpius is my favorite of the movie.please watch with a light heart and enjoy and appreciate just what the makers have achieved

You know, how when you have absolutely no expectations for a movie, and it starts out living up to your lack of expectations? Well, that is how my viewing of this film started out. I was thinking that this was the worst movie ever made...By the time I had gotten about 20 minutes into it, though, things changed. I am now quite certain that this might possibly be one of the BEST movies ever made!Firmly tongue-in-cheek, this movie offers no apologies and takes no prisoners! It pays homage to many movies that have gone before it, including but not limited to such titles as; Tron, Star Wars, Blade, Hellboy, Oblivion (the Full Moon version, not the Tom Cruise one), Spaceballs, Transformers, and of course Robocop. Watch the movie for yourself and see if you don't agree!

Unfortunately IMDb doesn't allow for negative ratings otherwise this piece of excrement would have received -10. I love my horrors from corn factor comedy rip-off's to seriously dark. This should never have been released. The human race is poorer for it's existence. I would also like the cast/production crew(if you can indeed call them that) and friends of the parties involved to know that it is sad to get your friends to up vote what is obviously a "Z" rated movie. This movie is a disgrace to the genre and is the reason why it has been given such a bad reputation. May your career in the movie industry be very short lived.
