Excellent, Without a doubt!!
Over all a good movie, was entertain to watch, only thing that kinda annoyed me was the bad effect of make up on that Cornelius the parts were he is moving his mouth and it looks like he just has a big glob of clay on his face, also the only thing that bothered me and happen often is on a scene they wont be wearing something cause it got torn or whatever the case maybe be then the camera shoots something then back at them an they be wearing that same shirt pant etc that got torn off etc..
Morgue janitor Cornelius (Wayne W. Johnson) doesn't read the toe tags if he did, then he probably wouldn't have climbed on board a Jane Doe for a spot of necro-nookie: according to the girl's label, she either died of radiation exposure or an unknown STD. Either way, it's bad news for Cornelius, who turns into a manky zombie rapist who quickly spreads his infection to his wife, who in turn spreads the infection to her mailman, who proceeds to transmit the disease to a gas station attendant. Before long, there are sex mad zombies all over the place—bad news for a group of teenagers who stop for the night at a nearby motel on their way to spring break.I've been known to enjoy very low-brow movies in the past, but Night of Something Strange takes puerile vulgarity and crass horror to a whole new level, so much so that I actually felt embarrassed for those taking part—not just because the actors are required to perform lurid acts that are above and beyond the call of duty, but because the finished product just isn't amusing enough to make their debasement worthwhile. Used tampon eating, a fart-in-the-face gag that involves follow through, a masturbation scene, accidental male-on-male butt sex (the film's absolute nadir, which is preceded by some rimming), a tidal wave of zombie ejaculate, and mutated genitalia: just some of the outrageousness on offer that I found too tasteless and moronic to tickle my funny bone.
I'd like to preface this review by saying, I love horror movies, I also love black comedies. I grew up with films like Toxic Avenger, Evil Dead II and Dead alive. With that being said, 'Night of Something Strange' is a terrible movie on all fronts. It isn't a good horror movie, it's a terrible comedy movie, there's no redeeming qualities for this film. It's poorly written, the acting and cinematography are garbage, it's all over the place with it's dialog and writing. It isn't that I don't like horror movies, it isn't that I don't appreciate gore and ultra violence, it isn't that I don't enjoy dick and fart jokes, the biggest problem is, Night of Something Strange doesn't do ANY OF THAT WELL.
Basically a masterpiece of the genre - twisted, sick and funny. And the filmmakers have balls, taking things to a level rarely dared. One quick example – after a high school hottie discards a bloody tampon in a gas station toilet a zombie janitor fishes it out and wolfs it down like a tasty morsel. But as aggressively as Night of Something Strange pursues the gross-out humor it still maintains a level of charm due to the actors' performances. The movie is also for the most part well-shot with smart camera work (especially the night time stuff). And it has one of the best music scores I've ever heard in a low budget indie. The weakest part about Night of Something Strange is its rather generic title.
