The film makes a home in your brain and the only cure is to see it again.

It’s not bad or unwatchable but despite the amplitude of the spectacle, the end result is underwhelming.

Excellent characters with emotional depth. My wife, daughter and granddaughter all enjoyed it...and me, too! Very good movie! You won't be disappointed.

The tone of this movie is interesting -- the stakes are both dramatic and high, but it's balanced with a lot of fun, tongue and cheek dialogue.

Sajid Nadiawala's "Housefull 2" is worse than its prequel, Housefull. The script is poorly written and even poorly directed. There is little to no character development. Since the movie boasts of 12 leads, none of them got ample screen time. The acting was another low; apart from Rishi Kapoor and to some extent Akshay Kumar, rest were downright average. The movie claims to be a comedy, but the comedy distribution is uneven. Some parts of the movie are high on comedy, some are fully devoid of it. The movie is clichéd, nonsensical and terrible. Apart from some doses of comedy, it has nothing to offer. Better to avoid this crap.

This movie was an excellent sequel to HOUSEFULL (2010) with the same cast Akshay, Boman Irani, Chunky Pandey, Randhir Kapoor, Ritesh DeshmukhThis movie is just like the first with confusions and tricking people This is the first film of brothers Rishi Kapoor and Randhir Kapoor paired for the first time It has also been 25 years since Rishi and Mithun were last seen on the silver screen.Akshay and Asin are the best hero and heroine out of the film but you have expectations from a multi-starer Ritesh Deshmukh is funny Shreyas Talpade is alright Mithun, Rishi, Randhir have done extremely well The actress can get confused apart from Jacqueline Fernandez Johny Lever, Chunky Pandey, Ranjeet have done well

Sajid Khan the jerk on TV and the big mouth is back with his third directorial venture HOUSEFULL 2 which is a sequel of his last film HOUSEFULL(2010) which was a surprise hit when Akki's career was going downhill The film returns Akshay, Ritiesh, Boman, Randhir Kapoor and adds in the mayhem Mithun, Johny Lever, John Abraham, Rishi and Shreyas and also brings back Chunky Pandey the only person reprising his character from the original. The heroines too are changed here, Instead of Lara, Deepika who hammed in the original we have Asin, Jacqueline, Zarine Khan and Shazahn Padamsee who are not better One forgets their individuality as barring Asin most of them frown, scream .etcThe movie has a complicated plot as usual and there are several funny portions The film starts off well, The warring families and their bickering is funny and also Ritiesh and John portions followed by Akki's intro Akki- John enimeity which goes back to their college days and then when they return is also good, Sajid Khan after the success of FORCE also adds some more desi action which seems forced The comedy however also is overdone too badly, Sajid Khan has a fixation with animals, In the original we had Akki bring a pet as a Lion here we have crocodiles and phyton as pets and both animals do harm to characters, The crocodile bites Ritiesh's anus while the phyton bites Shreya's crotch. Many comedy scenes are overdone, loud and stretched as always with Sajid Khan's movies The second half has some better comedy with the entire confusion in Mithun's bungalow however stupid it seems Mithun's flashback showing him as a daaku too seems stupid but is funny Akshay's constant rolling of his tongue seems funny but gets tiring at times and looks far fetched One wishes there was more of Ranjit's character which is called RANJEET V.ASNA K PUJARI The original ended in Birguimham palace with a laughter gas bringing in laughs from the characters if not from the audience with the queen saying JAI MAHARASHTRA. Here we have Prince Charles thrown in the wedding mayhem where the reformed Daaku goes back to his past appearance and goes about shooting all Direction by Sajid Khan is non-existent mostly though some scenes are funny but he should change his style and stop making actors jokers Music is decent, Akshay Kumar with his ayeee style and his usual comedy does bring in some laughs, His chemistry with John, Ritiesh is superb John Abraham is seen unshaven in some portions after a long time, while he tries very hard to be funny he goes way over the top mostly but yet a good effort. His chemistry with Akki with whom he recently shared space in DESI BOYZ is good Ritiesh fresh after the moderate success of TLHG which was his solo film is back with his sidekick turn but does a good job Shreyas is funny too Mithun is superb as Jagga Daaku turned JD while Boman Irani in a shorter role is similar like in the original Johny Lever is funny as usual while Ranjeet is superb in a cameo Asin is better then the lot and does a good job Jacequeline is loud and doesn't really fit well while the other 2 heroines are forgotten Chunky Pandey is funny with his AAKHREE PAASTA character Both the kapoor brothers literally compete with loud performances with a Raj Kapoor background score playing in slyly Rishi back after the superb job in AGNEEPATH here hams it up with loud dialogues mostly paraphrases of dogs Randhir Kapoor playing his step brother is loud too

Housefull 2 is the one of the most irritating film I have ever seen in the recent times. Four Son-in-laws wants to get to married to their respective bride whose father-in-laws thinks all them to be the same person. Sajid Khan (Housefull , Heyy Baby) has directed this film and I must tell you to think twice before watching the film. The movie does not have any story , no plots and worst of all no acting at all. Just to make a masala entertainment , the director had made sure to accumulate all the stars under one umbrella and give us one nonsense comedy. Screenplay is loose. Cinematography is good along with nice music by Sajid –Wajid. Performance wise it is just Akhshaye Kumar and Rishi Kapoor who have done justice to their parts. Overall , boring flick with bad performances. If you like mindless comedy and still you don't have much choice , then at least you can give it a try otherwise go for another sensible entertainer.
