It's funny watching the elements come together in this complicated scam. On one hand, the set-up isn't quite as complex as it seems, but there's an easy sense of fun in every exchange.

There are moments in this movie where the great movie it could've been peek out... They're fleeting, here, but they're worth savoring, and they happen often enough to make it worth your while.

I had the chance to see this concert "The Dream Within A Dream" tour here in Philadelphia,PA and this is a great concert from Britney. This show sold out all across the world.sometimes the tour came back to the city's more than once.she came here to Philly 2 times.where ever she went on this tour it was a power house.and she truly delivered on this tour.so she is in Las Vegas,NV here in this DVD.I saw it live on H.B.O. the night it aired and loved it then.I went to her onyx hotel tour and lets just not talk about it, just like she doesn't. thats how flat it was.everyone expected her to do a dream within a dream concert.and what a surprise they got.but I love you Britney.just do better on the 2007 or 2008 tour ! I happened upon this at blockbuster the other night, and figured "what the heck!" After all, one can always turn the sound off and just watch her wiggle, yes? Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised. While I don't listen to bubble gum pop, I have to admit the show itself was great theatre. Yes, she lipsynched, but don't we expect her to? And yes, the "support the troops" bit was nauseating, but once again, it's trendy. All in all, if you've nothing better to do, give this a watch.

She always lip-synchs everything except for the ballads when she just sits or doesn't move. The rest is not live singing, and it was totally obvious in this 'concert.' People defend her by saying it's hard to sing and dance at the same time, but plenty of other artists do it. And it's not like she's a great singer either. I guess you'll like this concert if you're a fan though.

HBO Concerst are here to stay and Britney's concert is no exception..after watching Madonna's latest snoozer..this was a welcome change...what plays well onstage and in large arenas may not play well on TV...It was obvious Britney lip synched to about 90% of the show..her robotic choreography and dialogue with the crowd seemed very earnest..in fact most of the dance moves were straight from her video so you were not seeing anything new..and you never got the impression she was completely comfortable onstage. Jon Voight makes an appearance and adds the quintessential "cheese' element into the show that we can all expect from Britney. The rain shower scene was unnecessary and it appeared to be a feeble shot at turning Britney into some sensual sex machine.. ..all this talk about maturity..but her sound is still loaded with confectionary sugar. never put the cart before the horse. ....the show is entertaining..but if you are not a die hard Britney fan..I doubt it will hold your attention...
