That was an excellent one.
A Masterpiece!
Tells a fascinating and unsettling true story, and does so well, without pretending to have all the answers.
The best films of this genre always show a path and provide a takeaway for being a better person.
Sometimes you may want a film to twist and turn, keeping you guessing at all times. Other times, you may just want a bit of straightforward carnage. This is the latter. It's about a top secret base, located under Washington, where two teams of secret agents try to kill each other off. We're introduced to each one briefly, before their boss is killed and the two teams go to war. What follows is one fight scene after the next, until the killer is finally revealed. Unfortunately, that's all it is. It is quite a short film and having many characters means that most of them are pretty one-dimensional stereotypes who you won't really care if they live or die. Plus some of the good characters are killed off too early, leaving the annoying ones still standing. On the plus side, the base is under constant surveillance and the two men charged with overseeing the mayhem are quite funny as they watch the bloodshed unfold without being able to affect the outcome. The budget is pretty small - don't expect any 'Matrix-like' fight scenes, but at least the duelling is well done, with the agents utilising one piece of office equipment after the next to despatch their adversary.Operation: Endgame isn't anything special, but if you like seeing people keep fighting each other in a 'last man standing' kind of way then you won't waste too much time watching the eighty minutes that it is.http://thewrongtreemoviereviews.blogspot.co.uk/
This movie shouldn't of cost to much to make since its all made in the same building. Whoever did all of the fake blood did a horrible job. Because when barking Ellen jammed the paper clip remover in the guys throat. The blood was black. Even though the guy is black it doesn't mean that he has black blood. It was a weird idea to take a water pistol and drink alcohol out of it as well. What I couldn't understand is how did that weird guy find time to have sex with that hot chick while everyone else was getting killed. You would think since the building was so small that they could hear whatever was happening around them. It was a strange pick for the actors in this one as well.
'Operation Endgame', a procedure, has trapped two teams of assassins underground, and triggered a countdown to the demolition of The Factory. Can anyone escape alive as the teams of crack assassins begin to turn on each other?Comic book bloody violence and a few funny one liners are present but sadly there's little amusement or action in a poorly paced disjointed film. It tries to say something about the Bush administration but never commits, and in the process of doing so wastes a first- rate and talented cast ensemble.Sloppy filmmaking at best, especially when compared to the likes of Losers or Reds.
wow.. uh..where to start..this seemed like a good idea, and i laughed the first 20 minutes.. but then..what happened?!a-list actors getting killed off? nobody-actors running around doing stuff? whats up with the story? i fastforwarded the movie after the hour mark,i didn't want to waste my time watching this excuse for a movie.good idea, but bad effort.3/10
