Too much of everything
Great Film overall
Excellent adaptation.
A great movie, one of the best of this year. There was a bit of confusion at one point in the plot, but nothing serious.
Wow what a documentary. Gives you all you need to know about the existence of aliens and the US government's attempts to hide this from the World. The main guy is a brave man considering many people have been silenced even killed to keep this a secret. They used ridicule and manoeuvred the press and media to make things implausible. According to the one guy who was high up in the "cover-up" it still goes on today.I don't want to say much more but watch it, whether you believe or a skeptic. It certainly is thought provoking although a tad too long.
99 percent of this movie(?) is pure fabrication with no evidence to back anything up. It is interesting to get a glimpse into Greer's fantastic imagination though. I have a question for him; why is it that we have not had any UFO sightings this decade when nearly everyone on earth has a camera/video recorder with them at all times?
If you think this is just another "ancient astronauts" kind of thing, think again. This is an excellent show, with current living experts discussing and describing recent (since the 1950's) events. The expert testimony is from people who were there. I hope this becomes a huge phenomenon and stirs action to that which has been hidden. Dr. Greer is thorough, smart, and low key. It also gives thoughts for much discussion. It even lists it's proofs and sources. Do a search on Sirious/Unacknowledged for what appears to be it's official site with said references.
Among so many weak and untrustworthy documentaries that one sees in the market about this fascinating subject, "Unacknowledged" brings up an atmosphere of seriousness that really impresses. I confess that I do not have concrete elements to judge whether this impression is real or just a well-done theatrical performance. However, as the film is classified as a documentary, I am led to believe that it is a work of non-fiction. Apart from this, the number of testimonies of old men with credible credentials adds weight to the information provided. And let's face it, nothing more assertive than a bunch of experienced old fellows, wrinkled faces, and who probably has nothing else to lose in life, telling things they've been forced to hide for decades out of fear of reprisal. The film is very good, not only for what it reveals, but also for the amount of topics it covers, allowing the viewer to open new doors for reading and research based on the key words and concepts presented in the documentary. For those who like the UFO theme, like me, it is a modern, informative film that sheds light on the likely unfolding of the revelation of the existence of non-hostile extraterrestrial intelligences that have been observing, monitoring and secretly interacting with humanity.
