I like the storyline of this show,it attract me so much
The film creates a perfect balance between action and depth of basic needs, in the midst of an infertile atmosphere.
There is, somehow, an interesting story here, as well as some good acting. There are also some good scenes
All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.
As calm, as slow-moving as VftS starts off, like a deaf, mute, nonspeaking tortoise who can't hear the starting pistol bang at the start of the race, plus he's asleep, it soothes one easing into the viewing not generating too much pressure anyway to rush into particular happenings creating a softened gritty yet comforting feeling atmosphere. Emilia's excellent for the view. I love Emilia/Daenerys as I love GoT. Emilia is now on the fast-paced track to superstardom, like a speedy, living rabbit set to win the race, aside that miserable Terminator entry, as she is becoming one of the most coveted and most beautiful young starlets, and one of my favorites too. She's so hot, like unbelievably. Emilia's so stoic onscreen, similar to a young Madeleine Stowe in my opinion. Voice from the Stone is so slow at times dude, but not so bad that it disgraces the quality of the content, it's just a little boring through stretches like, c'mon, and Marton Csokas' good, but this haunting tale isn't all that haunting, though VftS is very well made with solid direction and near-impressive cinematography and its very moving performance by Clarke, moving unlike its speed. VftS picks up the pace a bit as Emilia undresses her clothes, showing us her blessed back and rack, but it's back to the normal rate in no time, which's too slow, like a slug. Emilia's so gorgeous and such a good actress. VftS is good; the ending is similar to the nudity, a bit unexpected but I do really love everything about this movie and I'm definitely going to purchase it on Blu-ray.(I could make and film this in a week and also in Emilia's version of The Tortoise and the Hare, TTatH, the speedy rabbit wins.)
First of, this type of film isn't for everyone. It's slow and there's nothing happening. It's not even horror. Personally I love watching this type. I never find it boring. I love how it just shows you a lot of scenery. It's artful~~ But anyway...I forgot what I got from the trailer but I wasn't expecting any jumpscares or horror to show up so I guess that lowers expectations from a horror lover. The movie felt like a mix of Jane Eyre and The Skeleton Key. The feel is absolutely Jane Eyre. We get the newcomer to take care of the child. Complete with the dark gloomy setting and the falling in love-ish with the master of the house and of course the wife stuck to the side. Then mix it with The Skeleton Key where SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER the "woman/spirit" takes over the newcomer. Tada! We have Voice from the Stone. X)
The story unfolds very slowly. As it does it appears that it could progress in a number of tantalising and interesting directions. However, frustratingly, it never intensifies or pursues any of these avenues., It ends blandly and as slowly as it started. The acting is very good despite the shortcomings of the story.
Before watching, I thought it would be an interesting horror or ghost movie. The whole time I was waiting for something "spooky" to happen but in vain. The film is calm, slow and maybe for some - boring. Nothing valuable happens. Of course, the atmosphere, the house they live in is very nice to watch, but still, I wouldn't have watched if I had known what to expect. the only thing that I liked was the feeling of misunderstanding that the movie left in me at the end. I didn't really get what happened. I am still in a doubt, I have two versions and I think I'll be looking for more reviews to help me solve the idea of the ending
