Being a Coach and leadership development trainer and teacher, I perceive this movie as milestone for educational learning in academia. Kids of poor socio background developed urge to excel like other group of classes in the same school, through self-awareness, coaching and believe on self. Teacher Nena owns them always and inspired them as truly leader. On many emotional occasions in the movie, Director has played with nerves and tears of the audience, positively. I am hopeful that incredible wave of Bollywood for awakening not only Indian nation but all billion connections associate with India, Pakistan or Urdu / Hindi audience, globally. Well-done whole movie team ! Maratib

In simple language the movie is about a lady with some neurological disorder so called tourette syndrome which causes some speech impediment struggling to become a teacher. Movie over. What they hyped is how highly educated Indian School teachers are ignorant about tourette syndrome and in the entire 116 mins movie, every minute they try to teach you what tourette syndrome (TS) is. Too much of education isn't it? No match for " The King's Speech (2010) "

This movie is a must watch if we wanna bring about a change in our society and if we want to bring people from different classes together. It starts at a school because that's where the first education of a child begins. We need more teachers and principals like Mr. Khan and Ms. Naina Mathur. Ms. Mathur, as a teacher, brings out the best in her students by first understanding what each one is good at and making them realize their talent by themselves. She also proves to us that a disability can never stop you from pursuing your dreams, no matter how impossible they seem. It was a delight from the moment it began right till the end. I recommend it to everyone. Naina's enthusiasm and Rani's acting skills make this film a pleasure to watch.

On the first viewing, I was too distracted by the simplicity of the plot, the characters' need to pontificate all too often and the old-world Bollywood technique of emotional manipulation to tug at your heartstrings. I found it to be an average film. But after a second viewing (which I was drawn to for no conceivable reason), I was moved by the story and the connection between the characters came across in a much more effective way. The teacher does not seek to impress/command to the students but be like a guide and inspire them while being "at their level". Don't be fooled, the film's power is in its simplicity.
