I watch Matt's Chance over and over again. I really like it. The only thing that could be any better is that sequel when Matt will return for that sequel which I have no idea when that will be but hopefully soon. I don't know why but I find it a very interesting movie with dark humor. I also like the music especially in the opening by Julien K Palm Springs reset and the song while the credits role. I always like the movies that some people don't/won't bother watching but glad I found this!!! I won't be givingany information away but I should say watch it!!! In fact, I justchecked it out once again. If I could say one thing, get out there andwatch it. Even if you don't end up liking it at least you did!

My wife and I really enjoyed this movie! Entertaining and fun to watch all the way through. It's very well written; as I watched it I tried to guess what was going to happen next but there were a lot of surprises and interesting turns as the movie progressed. It's one of those movies you're glued to because you know there's going to be a cool twist at the end, as you'd expect from a Nick Gyeney film (e.g. The Penitent Man). It's a good movie to watch more than once because there are things I didn't pick up on the first time through, it made the overall experience really cool after seeing it a couple times. We highly recommend this movie!

I was the cinematographer on this movie so it seems a bit self-indulgent to write a review, but I'm doing it anyway, that is if you can call my opinion a review. The schedule of this production was short so we really had to move fast and make decisions. I have to say that the finished product is something I'm proud of. The actors were great and each brought something unique to their performance. Nicholas Gyeney new what he wanted and got it. After we shot I was on to other things so I didn't see hardly a frame until it was shown at festivals. I was blown away at how everything came together, the music, the editing, the acting, the direction...Matt's Chance is a true original American movie.

I am really hoping that Matt's Chance gets it's due and will have a theatrical release. Audiences deserve to see this film. It is a quirky revenge story reminiscent of a Quentin Tarantino film - with that mix of comedy and action-packed masculine energy. Edward Furlong is brilliant. And Bill Sorice makes an amazing turn as a mobster. The soundtrack rocks and the film is a great representation of all that's right with independent filmmaking. When Matt's Chance comes to a theater near year, take advantage of the chance and go see it!
