The Knife: Silent Shout - An Audio Visual Experience
Silent Shout: An Audio Visual Experience is a live DVD from The Knife, taken from the April 12, 2006 concert at the Trädgår'n, Gothenburg, Sweden, in their 2006 Silent Shout tour. It was released in Sweden in November 2006 on The Knife's Rabid Records label. The DVD features a 5.1 surround sound recording of the show (with visuals from Andreas Nilsson), as well as all 11 of their music videos. Their short film When I Found the Knife is also included. The DVD was included in a limited edition box set version of Silent Shout released in July 2007 along with an additional CD of the concert's audio.

311 has had a history of celebrating their namesake on the 11th of the third month (March) each even-numbered year, almost always after having released an album the previous summer. The celebration consisted of a live concert, a tradition over recent years has developed for the band to out-perform themselves in regard to the previous '311 Day'. The result is a 64-song set list featuring album tracks and a large collection of b-sides recorded at UNO Lakefront Arena in New Orleans on March 11, 2004.

This Ivete Sangalo concert at Rio de Janeiro's legendary Maracanã Stadium, and the subsequent DVD/CD releases, constituted the year's main event in Brazilian pop music. Sangalo rose to fame with the axé band Banda Eva, and since 1999 has embarked on an unstoppable solo career, making her the undisputed queen of pop in Brazil in terms of sales and popularity, as well as gathering countless industry and society awards. Accordingly, Sangalo put on a show at the Maracanã that should leave no one envious of the megaconcerts offered in Rio by Madonna, Michael Jackson, and the Rolling Stones. Alternating some of her many hits with new songs or new versions of old material, Sangalo burns through the set with her characteristic enthusiasm and infectious star magnetism, incessantly cheered on by an adoring audience of 55,000. An Evening in Paris
In romantic Paris, two Parisians of Indian origin are in love namely Shyam or Sam and Roopa. Mystery and intrigue surround this romance, as Roopa is abducted and held by criminal mastermind Jack and his minions, who will trade her for a hefty ransom. Roopa has a look-alike in the shape and form of Suzy, who is sent in place of Roopa to ensure that the money is received, while the real Roopa is still being held captive. Sam must use all the resources available to in order to set Roopa free, but he will have a difficult time to differentiate between Suzy and Roopa.

The event had the participation of approximately fifty thousand Afro-descendant and Diaspora artists. After the trip, Gil released the album Refavela. This concert DVD captures the 2002 VH1 Divas Las Vegas performance at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. Hosted by Ellen DeGeneres, the celebrity lineup includes Cher, Celine Dion, Mary J. Blige, the Dixie Chicks, and Shakira. Special guest musicians such as Anastacia, Stevie Nicks, Cyndi Lauper, and Whitney Houston joined in for some of the performances.
