Synopsis
Huset på Christianshavn was an 84-part television drama series broadcast in Denmark between 1970 and 1977. It was produced by the Nordisk Film company for the national broadcasting corporation, Denmarks Radio. 48 of the episodes were also shown in the German Democratic Republic. The series portrays the lives of the residents of a block of flats on Amagergade, Christianshavn, an old part of Copenhagen.

Episode 5 : Jert hus skal I bygge

Karla og Egon vil købe hus. Karla kan ikke få det dyrt nok og Egon vil have det billigt. Samtidigt bliver taget skiftet, men det regner meget og vandet kommer ind i ejendommen. Så alle kommer over i Rottehulet. Karla og Egon er ude og se på hus. Men da de kommer hjem til lejligheden, finder de ud af at her er de i bedste hænder hos deres venner.
Episode 4 : Kærlighedens pris

Meyer er blevet forlesket i en dame som hedder Fru Holmberg. Han går rigtig med hende. En aften holder de middag ovre i Rottehulet, men så kommer der en mand som hedder Freddy, det viser sig at være Fru Holmberg's forlovede. Så er Meyer knust.
Episode 3 : Børn af sommer og sol

Olsen vinder et telt i spejdernes lotteri. Det skal naturligvis prøves på volden, og Clausen, der i forvejen er gammel spejder, er straks med på ideen, og de herre drager afsted, godt belæsset med drikkevarer. I midlertid blæser det op, og regnen pisker ned. Om morgenen finder spejderne Clausen og Olsen, godt forkomne og bærer dem til Rottehullet, hvor de bliver plejet og passet.
Episode 2 : En stakket glæde

Egon er blevet forelsket i sin fransklærer. Han flytter fra Karla, men da læreren ikke vil have ham boende, flytter han ind hos Emma ovre i Rottehulet. Han ville tage til Frankrig med hende. Men hun kommer ud til Christianshavn, og ser hvordan han egentlig bor. Så vil hun ikke have ham. Til sidst bliver Egon og Karla igen forenet.
Episode 1 : Fugleturen

I Rottehullet optræder Meyer som parringslysten urhane. Det fører til en større diskussion mellem husets beboere om fuglestemmer, og Clausen foreslår en fugletur. Olsen melder sig som formand og arrangør, Meyer som samarit og Egon som indkøber af de våde varer. Turen skal starte midt om natten, men den moderne teknologi spiller deltagerne et puds.
