Synopsis
Huset på Christianshavn was an 84-part television drama series broadcast in Denmark between 1970 and 1977. It was produced by the Nordisk Film company for the national broadcasting corporation, Denmarks Radio. 48 of the episodes were also shown in the German Democratic Republic. The series portrays the lives of the residents of a block of flats on Amagergade, Christianshavn, an old part of Copenhagen.
Episode 6 : Hold da helt ferie
February. 26,1972
Alle i huset skal på ferie. Karla (Kirsten Walther) og Egon (Willy Rathnov) skal ikke rigtig nogen steder hen i år, da det er for dyrt. Olsen (Poul Reichhardt) foreslår at de kunne tage en afbudsrejse til Malaga. Problemet er bare at Karla lider af flyskræk. Clausen (Paul Hagen) har lejet en campingvogn samt bil til en tur syd på. Det er lang tid siden Clausen har kørt bil, og aldrig med en campingvogn, så Fru Clausen tør ikke køre med ham. Samtidig lider Karla af sin flyskræk, så hun er helt ude af den. Så til sidst kommer Tue med et forslag om, at de kunne bytte ferie, på den måde har ingen af de to kvinder noget at frygte.

Emma (Bodil Udsen) har brækket benet, og hun beder Fru Olsen (Helle Virkner) og Fru Clausen (Lis Løwert) om at holde Rottehulet åbent. Mændene synes ikke rigtigt at Rottehulet er det samme uden Emma. Inden længe har pigerne lavet Rottehulet om til et efterspurgt spisested. Så beslutter drengene sig for at besøge Emma på hospitalet med klapbord, øl og radio osv. Oversygeplejersken beder dem forlade hospitalet, da de larmer for meget, men de går ikke før Emma lover dem deres stambord og gratis øl...
