Synopsis
The world’s most loved dog behaviorist, Cesar Millan, rescues neighborhoods terrorized by badly misbehaving pooches. Each week, Cesar is called in by whistleblowers who tell on the four-legged thugs who scare neighbors, clients, friends, and even family members!
