Also this week, officers conduct an automatic number plate recognition sting operation outside Essex's biggest shopping centre. Andy and Biggers help get the M25 moving after a three-car shunt brings the mighty motorway to a standstill. Elsewhere in the county, Gerry arrests an 18-year-old youth who fancies himself an expert in the law. And Andy helps an officer who has dropped his handcuffs down a drain...
