This is the correct order for the UK release, as it was aired in the UK on Channel 4. Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares USA is an American reality television series originally broadcast on Fox, in which chef Gordon Ramsay is invited by the owners to spend a week with a failing restaurant in an attempt to revive the business. Produced by ITV Studios America, it is based on the British show Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares. The show premiered September 19, 2007, on Fox. On June 23, 2014, Ramsay announced that he was ending the series; the final episode aired on September 12 that year. In June 2018, Gordon Ramsay's 24 Hours to Hell and Back, a new series with a premise much like Kitchen Nightmares but a shorter timeline, premiered on Fox. In May 2023, Fox announced that the show would re-enter production for an eighth season, which premiered on September 25, 2023.

Chef Ramsey heads to South Bend, Ind., and J Willy's Bar & Grille, a business has lost $1.2 million. He gives them a challenge of using fresh ingredients, but the inexperienced chefs become overwhelmed, causing one customer to break down and cry.

Chef Ramsey treks to Los Angeles and the Santa La Brea restaurant and finds that the owner is financially strapped and gets no respect from his staff. To make things worse he has spoiled ingredients and very few customers. Then the police arrive for an incident.

The season finale finds Chef Ramsey visiting a French-American eatery in La Grange, Illinois, named Cafe 36. The owners have very little experience in running a restaurant and need a hand with their shortage of customers and the head chef, who doesn't practice quality control.

Episode 9 : Fiesta Sunrise

Chef Ramsey heads to West Nyack, N.Y. and the Fiesta Sunrise, a Mexican restaurant, and meets up with a stubborn owner who seems to be ruining his own business. Ramsey gives the place an inspection and shuts the place down, declaring it is unsanitary.

Chef Ramsey heads to Cranbury, NJ, to visit a French bistro named Hannah & Mason, owned by a pair of friends who lack both business experience and motivation. The staff are holding bounced paychecks, but that isn't as bad as what chef Ramsey finds inside the cooler which causes the place to be shut down on Valentine's Day.
