Join In!
Every program had a number of elements woven into the plot line that invited its audience to "Join In!"; in games, songs, puzzles, or stories. The cast also broke the fourth wall, talking to the camera, and thus the audience, as if they were right there on set. The songs broke away from the usual children's format, offering a wide variety of rhythm and styles. The cast also sang live on each show.
Yok Lai Mek
Katriya, otherwise called by her nickname, Kat is interested in the business of gems. She entered her designs in a competition in hopes to make her name more known and also to get the chance to meet Paul Lee, a designer she admires greatly. However, when she meets him after winning 1st place, she realizes that they’ve already met before but due to a previous unsavory encounter, she starts to dislike him and hopes to not see him ever again. During her birthday party, Kat is given a Jade necklace from her dad and told to be an item that belongs to her mother. Unknowingly, that Jade necklace belongs to her biological mother, HuiSan, who’s going to die from cancer soon. As her dying wish to see Kat one last time, Kat decides to go visit her. After HuiSan dies, Kat is told to stay in Hong Kong to take over the family business as HuiSan's heir. Kat is hesitant because her family in Thailand is anticipating her return.

Sentou no Musume!?
After Mizusawa Yume's mother becomes ill and passes away, she finds a picture of a man holding a baby in her mother's keepsake box. On the back of the picture it says "Loving Papa and Yume, at Raku no Yu." Yume has never known or even seen a picture of her father, but she believes that this guy must be him. Also in the box there is a lighter with the initials RM.
After she finds that the "Raku no Yu", is a 'sento' (public bath) in Shibuya, Tokyo, she's off to meet her long lost father and to get as much money out of him as possible. The debts her mother left her after her death left nothing for Yume. Yume blames her father for her mother's death because if it wasn't for him she wouldn't have had to work so hard and wouldn't have gotten ill and died young.
Once she arrives in Tokyo and finds 'Raku no Yu' she finds a name plaque with the inscription Mannaka Rokku, so she is sure this is the place.

Dick and Dom's Funny Business
Dick and Dom's Funny Business is a British comedy television series for children, hosted by comic presenting duo Richard McCourt and Dominic Wood. The series is broadcast in a Saturday morning slot on BBC Two and simulcast on the CBBC Channel, and is Dick and Dom's return to Saturday mornings following the success of Dick and Dom in da Bungalow, which ended in Spring 2006. Unlike ...da Bungalow, which was largely broadcast live and ran for up to three hours with inserted content, ...Funny Business is a pre-recorded, self-contained one-hour programme. The first series began in January 2011 and is due to run for 13 episodes.
The format of the series is that Dick and Dom are the hosts of a comedy club-style event; external shots of the theatre which supposedly hosts the venue are seen as establishing shots during the programme. The theatre's American owner is not himself seen on screen, though his daughter Kelly-Anne Manhattan is part of the recurring cast. The duo introduce a range of guest comedy acts who each perform an on-stage sketch/stand-up routine, and between these the viewer sees behind-the-scenes skits involving the duo, recurring characters and guests, and also interwoven into the show are a number of separate recorded skits and sketches featuring additional cast members and characters not featured in the main show.

Robbi, Tobbi und das Fliewatüüt is a German television series for children. It showed the adventures of a pupil called Tobias Findteisen who accompanied the robot ROB 344–66/IIIa to help with the latter's exam at robot school. The team travels in an all-in-one vehicle, designed by Tobbi and built by Robbi, to find answers to the exam's riddles all over the world.
