Impact: Stories of Survival is a documentary television series that premiered in 2002 on and was produced by the Discovery Health Channel. The program is based on life-threatening situations in which the victim experienced a moment of impact. Featuring video of the event, reenactments, and interviews with surgeons, doctors, and the victims, Impact takes its viewers through the full process of the victims impact, treatment and recovery. There is also a segment where a computerized animation shows in detail how the impact affected the victim's body showing how and to what extent bones, organs, veins, etc. were injured.
Treasures of Ancient Rome
Treasures of Ancient Rome is a 2012 three-part documentary written and presented by Alastair Sooke. The series was produced by the BBC, and originally aired in September 2012 on BBC Four. In the documentary Sooke sets out to "debunk the myth that Romans didn't do art and were unoriginal". This is based on the view that Romans heavily incorporated Greek style in their art, and hence produced nothing new or original. Sooke has received some criticism from the media owing to the fact that there is no consensus among academics on this topic, and hence no 'myth' exists in the first place.

Unnatural Histories is a 3-part British television documentary series produced by the BBC and BBC Natural History Unit. It takes a new look at three of the world's most iconic wildernesses; the Serengeti, Yellowstone National Park and the Amazon and discovers that far from being wild and untouched, each has been shaped over time by man. It was first broadcast on BBC Four 9–23 June 2011.
